Atlanta’s legendary rockers, Sevendust, have confirmed their participation in Ozzy’s long awaited tour of Australia.

Sevendust rose to fame on the back of their revolutionary 1997 self titled album; a never-ending touring schedule and strong word of mouth. They were in fact, one of the first band’s to benefit form the internet as word of the ferocity of their action-packed live shows and musical prowess began to precede them wherever they went. Over the course of six albums, Sevendust have built up a most dedicated fan-base and have become one of the most respected, well-loved and enduring bands around.

After an 11 year absence, Ozzy Osbourne, The Prince of Darkness, will return to thrill Australian audiences in a spectacular Arena concert tour in March 2008; armed with a band worthy of his legendary status featuring celebrated guitarist Zakk Wylde, Faith No More’s Mike Bordin and Rob Zombie bassist, Blasko. Add Sevendust into the mix and it promises to be 2008’s not-to-be-missed rock show.
