Gale-force Welsh rockers Funeral For A Friend return to Australia in September in support of their brand new and most acclaimed album to date, Tales Don’t Tell Themselves.

Since their inception in 2001, Funeral For A Friend have experienced more extraordinary highs and lows than most people will go though in their entire existence. In the UK, the band are nothing less than a phenomenon, with three Top 20 singles, gold and platinum certified albums and headlining the second stage of the world famous Reading/Leeds Festival. They’ve appeared multiple times on the cover or Rock Sound and Kerrang, and have built up a loyal following in the tough US market with their take on high energy, punk-influence rock. Their touring achievements alone are a milestone for any band, from setting the record for fastest sell-out at The Astoria to sharing the stage with bands as diverse as Linkin Park, The Used and Red Hot Chili Peppers.

Touring alongside and making their long-awaited Australian debut are NYC’s Bayside whose 2004 LP, Sirens & Condolences was the critics and peers’ album of the year in AP. Their new Victory Records’ album, The Walking Wounded defies the odds by raising the bar even further.
